摘 要
随着信息全球化、计算机技术和地理信息技术的飞速发展，许多专业都参与到了GIS信息化建设的工作中。传统的道路养护系统已经跟不上时代的发展，城市道路作为城市交通的主体，其养护管理也提出了新的要求与挑战，许多国家和城市已经投入到道路地理信息系统的建设中，GIS道路管理系统得到了广泛的开展和应用。地理信息技术的可视化管理和强大的空间查询分析功能正是道路养护信息化建设不可或缺的关键技术之一。
本文阐述了公路养护的国内外发展状况及存在的问题，以及建立基于WBGIS公路养护系统的必要性。公路养护管理系统的相关规范以及对养护路段具体情况的调查、分析，数据采集及评定。及基于WEBGIS的系统的一些功能、界面、架构、数据库的设计以及具体的开发方案实现与相关方法。并根据对巴南区养护路段的调研和分析，以ArcGIS server为发布平台，及相关软件搭建了公路路面养护实现系统。其中主要是叙述查询和编辑系统的建立。

Abstract
As the globalization of information and the rapid development of computer technology and geographical information techniques, Many professionals have been involved in the constructions of GIS information. But traditional road maintenance system is behind the times , Urban roads ,as the main body of the urban transport , have been faced with new demands and challenges in its conservation and management . In this case, many countries and cities have participated in the construction of road Gis and made a wide range of development and application of the Gis road management system . At the same time, more and more practices have proved that Visual Management，Powerful spatial query and analysis capabilities are one of the indispensable key to the construction of road maintenance information technology.
According to the research and analysis of the conservation section of the Banan District, taking ArcGIS server and related software as the publishing platform ,This article describes how to build a highway pavement maintenance system , mainly describes establishment of the inquiry system. in addition, it also elaborated the following points: First, the development and the problems of road maintenance at home and abroad, including the necessity of establish road maintenance system which based on WBGIS.Second, related specifications for highway maintenance management system and the investigation, analysis, data acquisition and evaluation on specific circumstances of the conservation section .consist of some features, interface, architecture, database design and realization of development programs and related method based on WEBGIS.
